Caesar is the family name of Julius, who was presumably delivered by cutting open his mother's abdomen. This is how the term Caesarean came to be. Kaiser is the title of Wilhelm II, the German emperor. He was delivered vaginally. During delivery, his arm's nerve was injured, causing it to become partially paralyzed and atrophied. Julius Caesar's daughter, Julia, died while giving birth vaginally. Her child also died. Julia's deadly delivery was most likely due to having a small pelvis, which she may have inherited from her grandmother.
